Brubaker Families of America By-Laws

In existence since the early 1900’s, the Brubaker Families of America has gone through a few iterations and and has been affiliated with other family associations, including joint ventures with the larger Hershey family and the Eastern Pennsylvania Brubaker Association.  In late 2011 and early 2012 the Association’s governing body reorganized and formed a set of codified By-Laws in the interest of:

• better aiding in preserving Brubaker family history and heritage
• better aiding in promoting Brubaker family history and heritage
• providing a template and roadmap for future Brubakers to use in the affairs of the organization
• providing a guide to operate as efficiently as possible and maintain proper legal status as a volunteer not-for-profit entity
