Volunteers and Coordinators Needed for 2017

As our 300th Anniversary Celebration for August 3-6, 2017 continues to develop, we are looking for volunteers to assist with the planning and implementation of our celebration event!

Can you help us?  We are looking for the following:

 

Public Relations/Marketing Coordinator

Research newspapers across the US and eastern Canada based on an already assembled Brubaker database to find free, economical, and/or low cost news media for advertising the event.  Develop a plan for social media, interviews, etc.

Artisan Coordinator

Build upon/increase an established list of artisans who have already committed to attending and showing at the Event.  Coordinator would also work with planning committee on placing artisans, securing enough tables, accessibility, and any required set up and deployment.

Lodging/Meal Coordinator

Assign rooms from online registrations, develop a list of names with their room assignments, and help/oversee check-in of guests during the Event.

Hospitality Coordinator

Be present at and oversee volunteers working at the Welcome Table during the event to help with check-in of guests, giving directions, possibly providing escorts for elderly visitors, and answering general questions during the Event.
