Lodging and Meals

A complete package of lodging and meal opportunities is available for you at the 2017 Brubaker Families of America 300th Anniversary Celebration.

 

All lodging includes sheets, pillow case, spread, towels and 2 washcloths per person for the weekend. Choice of rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis:

 

1) REIGHARD HALL

Reighard Hall is reserved for families with children (up to 18 years of age) who have a maximum of four people in the room. It has two double beds per room.

This facility is located on Shenks Lane, right across the street from the Student Memorial Center(SMC). Parking is provided in lots on site and within walking distance between the Hall and the Student Memorial Center.

Cost is $89 per room per night.

2) SHENKS HALL

Shenks Hall is conveniently located adjacent to Millersville University. It is approximately a two-minute walk to the Student Memorial Center, site of most all of our activities during our Celebration weekend. Parking is provided in lots on site and within walking distance of the Hall. Single beds in separate room with shared bath room(s).

This is a great venue for relatives who want to be together. Cost is $44.50 per bed per night.

3) MEALS

The dining facility is located in Gordinier Hall, just east of and within convenient walking distance of the Student Memorial Center (SMC), site of most of our Celebration weekend activities.

All dining is cafeteria/buffet style with a variety of selections! The Adult Meal Plan (all meals from Friday breakfast through and including Sunday Breakfast) is $60.00 per person. The Child (age 4-11) Meal Plan (all meals from Friday breakfast through and including Sunday Breakfast) is $32.75 per child. Children 3 and under are free. There are no meal offerings on Thursday night.

There is also an individual meal option for consideration.  If choosing individual meals, the price is per person, ranging from $5.00 to $13.00 per person for an adult meal, and $2.75 to $7.00 per person for a child’s meal.

All meals include vegetarian and gluten free options. If you don’t choose your meals at this time, the cost will be higher when at the reunion.  Additional price and selection information can be seen on the registration form.
