Friday August 5th, 2022

  • Our Roots — Tours (morning and afternoon), starting at 9:00am at **NEW** St. Jacobs Mennonite Church in nearby St. Jacobs.  (**This is a change from previously the tours were going to start at Shantz Mennonite Church**).  Click here to see a map showing the proximity of Shantz Church and St. Jacobs Church.

(There will be a break between the end of the tours and the evening meal at Shantz Mennonite Church)

Sunday morning – Our Roots — Worship Service

  • Worship services available to participate in at either Shantz Mennonite Church or First Mennonite Church, located at the site of the church established by Benjamin Eby and Maria Brubacher
    • At First Mennonite Church recognition will be given to the founding of the church by Benjamin Eby, his wife Maria Brubacher, and her brother, Deacon John E. Brubacher.
